While each client is unique, an engagement often involves:

  • A Discovery Process to identify what is working, what needs to change and the size of the gap between the current and desired state. The outcome of the assessment is a summary of findings and recommendations for change or shifts in direction. The process creates inclusion and buy-in.

  • Strategy or Solution Design and Development through inclusive, facilitated meetings to build out the recommendations as prototypes or permanent solutions. This is another opportunity to generate ideas that will lead to change.

  • Implementation where a roadmap with specific actions, accountabilities, success measures and timeframes is developed. Support through the cycle of change is provided during implementation as needed.
